Amirah, born and raised in Tucson, has been belly dancing for several years and is cheerfully  expressing her style of dance to her audience. She really enjoys the music and culture that goes along with the style. She is a member of the Xanadu Dancers and performs regularly for parties, weddings and other events.

Through performance and instruction Gina shares her love of Middle Eastern Bellydancing with others. Starting in 1999 she studied with various premiere master teachers and choreographers, she has danced in companies and as a soloist. Apart from performing, now a certified fitness instructor you can find her teaching bellydance and various fitness classes throughout the Tucson, AZ area.'

 

 

 

Michelle developed a deep love of bellydance from an early age, taking her first classes in Seattle at 14, from the first day this became her biggest passion. Since that time she has studied with some of the nations top instructors developing a unique interpretation of this ancient art form. Her style blends traditional movements with a modern flair. She has been performing in professionally in Tucson for over 5 years and has had the opportunity to perform nationwide both as a
soloist and a member of the Hadia Sahara Bellydance Troupe.

 

 

 

Lara is one of the young and rising Middle Eastern dance talents was exposed to Arabic music and Belly Dance from the day she crawled between her dancing mothers legs playing with her dolls. She danced for her 8th grade school events and brought students and teachers of various countries together for cultural exchange of food, music and dances. She continued the tradition throughout her high school years and danced for the lost boys of Sudan. She is currently enrolled in college and dances for High School Graduations, Parties, Weddings, Restaurants and Community Events.

 

Ramona has danced Raks Sharki for over a decade and has studied with teachers from around the world. Entertaining the Tucson Community for many years she brings out the playful side of Egyptian Cabaret and her favorite the more folkloric “Raks Assaya” or Cane dancing. Whether as member of the Xanadu dance troupe founded by Kathryn Ferguson or as a soloist her energetic vibes will make you want to dance along. Ramona teaches part time, performs regularly for restaurants, parties and weddings.
